West End LIVE is presented by Westminster City Council and the Society of London Theatre with support from the Mayor of London.
The event celebrates and promotes London’s cultural offering and is a key fixture in the capital’s event calendar, growing in popularity every year. It features stellar performances from London’s most celebrated West End musicals on a purpose-built stage in Trafalgar Square.
This year, we celebrated 14 years of West End LIVE on 16thand 17thJune with 47 performances to an audiences of thousands.
The event is completely free to the public and no tickets are required. However, entry is on a first come, first served basis.
The dates of West End LIVE 2019 will be confirmed early next year.
The viewing area is located on the North Terrace and is managed by stewards on a first come, first served basis.
To maximise use of the space, we operate a policy of allowing one wheelchair / one carer into the viewing area.
Please enter via the North West gate (off Pall Mall East, by the Fourth Plinth) where stewards will guide you to the area.
Please note that bag searches will be in operation.
Whilst we try to minimise queuing times as much as possible, please note that due to the popularity of the event, there may be occasions when there are delays getting you into the event arena. As spaces fill up very quickly we advise you to arrive early.
The event is BSL interpreted.
