Bag searches will be in operation and we would therefore ask that you keep luggage to a minimum. West End LIVE is a free event. The accessible viewing area is located on the steps that link the main square to the North Terrace. Demand for this area is extremely high. Therefore to maximise use of the space, we adhere to a ratio of one wheelchair/one companion. You must not stand in this area. Access to this area is managed by stewards on a first come, first served basis.
An additional viewing area is available on Pall Mall East, just outside of the Square where the event is relayed live on screen, providing a more relaxed viewing environment away from the body of the Square.
An accessible toilet will be located on the North Terrace.
This year’s event will be BSL interpreted. For any further accessibility enquiries, please email WestEndLive@westminster.gov.uk
Please visit https://www.nhsx.nhs.uk/covid-19-response/how-to-use-the-nhs-app-to-demonstrate-your-nhs-covid-pass-in-england/ to find out how to obtain your Pass if you are aged 18 or over.
