West End LIVE is presented by Westminster City Council and the Society of London Theatre with support from the Mayor of London.
The show features live performances from London’s most celebrated West End musicals, with over 50 performances expected to take place over the course of the weekend.
The event is free to the public. No tickets are required, with entry operated on a first come, first served basis.
Merchandise, refreshments and interactive, family-friendly exhibits will also be available in Trafalgar Square.
The accessible viewing area is located on the steps that link the main square to the North Terrace.
Demand for this area is extremely high. To maximise use of the space, we adhere to a ratio of one wheelchair/one carer.
Access to this area is managed by stewards on a first come, first served basis.
An additional viewing area is available on Pall Mall East, just outside of the Square where the event is relayed live on screen, providing a more relaxed viewing environment away from the main Square.
A mobiloo will be located on the North Terrace.
This year’s event will once again be BSL interpreted.
